cancellation policy
One-on-one training:
Please note that a 24-hour cancellation fee of 50% applies to all bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. In addition, an administration fee of 15% will apply to any booking that is rescheduled more than once. This fee covers the time and resources involved in managing multiple changes.
Clients who fail to attend their session or do not provide any notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Group class courses:
Due to the structure of our group classes, which are designed to run consecutively over a fixed 6 or 8-week period, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes. As each session is part of a consecutive series, missing a class results in forfeiting that session. This policy ensures fairness to all participants who attend regularly as scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and encourage full participation throughout the entirety of the session.
