Functional Patterns Melbourne provides health, fitness, and movement training services based on the Functional Patterns methodology. Our goal is to help clients improve posture, movement efficiency, and overall well-being through evidence-based practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All training sessions, classes, or programs must be booked in advance.

• Payment must be made prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated at any time without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Private sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.

• Clients who fail to attend their session or do not provide any notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• An administration fee of 15% applies to any booking that is rescheduled more than once, to cover the time and resources involved in managing multiple changes.

• Group sessions or workshops: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

• Group class courses: Due to the structure of our group classes, which are designed to run consecutively over a fixed 6- or 8-week period, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed classes. Each session forms part of a continuous program, and missing a class results in forfeiting that session. This policy ensures fairness to all participants who attend regularly as scheduled.

  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair booking system.

  Refunds may be offered at our discretion under exceptional circumstances, and credits or reschedules may be provided depending on availability.

5. Health and Safety

By participating in our training sessions, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and cleared by a healthcare professional to participate.

• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

• Functional Patterns Melbourne and its trainers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our programs, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, videos, logos, and training materials — is owned or licensed by Functional Patterns Melbourne.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy
